  • STEP 1

    Boil & cut the potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop coriander leaves. Finely chop green chillies.

  • STEP 2

    On low flame, heat oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds. When they change in colour, add asafoetida, curry leaves, boiled and cut potatoes, chopped green chillies, salt, sugar, lemon juice, red chilli powder. Mix well till little crispy.

  • STEP 3

    Add chopped coriander leaves, coriander powder, red chilli crushed and mix well.

  • STEP 4

    Garnish it with chopped cilantro and serve hot with Deep chapati and pickle.

  • 4 Teaspoon Deep Sugar

  • 4 Tablespoons Deep Oil

  • 4 Piece Green Chilies

  • 2 Teaspoon Deep Lemon Juice

  • 2 Teaspoon Deep Cumin Seeds

  • 10 Leaves Deep Curry Leaves

  • 1 Teaspoon Deep Red Chilli Powder

  • 1 Teaspoon Deep Red Chilli Crushed

  • 0.5 Tablespoon Deep Coriander Powder

  • 0.25 Teaspoon Deep Asafoetida (Hing)

  • 0.25 Cup Chopped Cilantro

  • Salt as needed

  • Deep chapati and Deep pickle (optional) for serving
