Cooking Instructions

  • STEP 1

    Dice of cube 1 lb of your desired protein. Sauté in ghee or oil until mostly cooked.

  • STEP 2

    Pour 12 oz of sauce and 1/4 cup of water into water. Simmer for 5-6 minutes.

  • STEP 3

    Serve over rice or with naan. Enjoy!
